Information You Provide: Name, professional title, phone number, email address, physical address, and social media links provided for your digital profile.
Payment Information: We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your credit card or bank account information; this data is collected and processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
Automatic Collection: We use tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to collect information about your device, IP address, and how you interact with our Site.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the DMEBcard SaaS platform.
- Process payments and fulfill orders for physical cards.
- Improve our website performance and user experience.
- Communicate with you regarding account updates or support requests.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA)
DMEBcard is not intended for and is not directed to children. Our service is designed for business professionals and is intended only for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly market to, collect personal information from, or create accounts for:
- Children under the age of 13, in compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
- Minors under the age of 16, in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)
- Minors under the age of 16, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at office@dmebcard.com and we will promptly delete the information and terminate the account.
