1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DME Technologies LLC ("DME", "we", "us", or "our") website and digital business card services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

DME provides digital business card creation, management, and distribution services. Our services include:

• Digital business card design and hosting
• QR code generation for card sharing
• NFC-enabled physical card production (where applicable)
• Analytics and contact management tools
• Team and enterprise card management

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless canceled before the renewal date.
• A one-time setup fee may apply depending on your selected plan.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees and physical card production costs are non-refundable once production has begun.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our services to:

• Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent information on your digital card.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by DME Technologies LLC. You retain ownership of the content you upload to your digital card, and grant DME a non-exclusive license to display and host that content as part of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
