How to buy or reduce licenses

Buy more licenses

1. In the sidebar, click Team or Billing.
2. Click Buy More Licenses and complete the checkout.
3. You'll return to the Team page with the new license ready to assign.

Reduce licenses

1. In the sidebar, click Billing.
2. Click Reduce Licenses (shown when you have more than one).
3. Choose how many to remove and click Confirm Reduction.

Expected result

When reducing, a prorated credit appears on your next invoice.

Notes

You must deactivate excess cards before reducing licenses — the number of licenses can't drop below the cards in use.
