How to manage your subscription and payments

The Billing page shows your plan, licenses, and billing cycle, and links to the secure payment portal for invoices and payment methods.

The Billing page is available to account owners and admins.

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, click Billing. You'll see:
    • Your Current Plan — plan name, status, active cards, and total licenses.
    • Billing Cycle — monthly or yearly.
    • Manage Billing — the payment portal.
  2. To update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel your subscription, click Go to Billing Portal. Payments are managed securely by Stripe.

Expected result

The Stripe portal opens, where you can change your card, download invoices, or cancel. You're returned to the Billing page afterwards.

Notes

If the page says No Active Subscription but you believe you have one, it attempts to sync automatically from Stripe — refresh once, and contact support if it persists.
