Why this happens
Your link is printed into QR codes, physical NFC cards, wallet passes, and everywhere you've already shared it. Changing it would break all of those, so it locks once your design is submitted or your card enters production.
What you can do
- Before submitting: the link stays editable on the Basic Info step of the card editor.
- After submitting: the link can't be changed from the editor. If you have an exceptional reason, contact support and our team will review it.
