Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use our service to publish, distribute, or transmit any content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity in any applicable jurisdiction
• Infringes intellectual property, trademark, or publicity rights of any third party
• Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code
• Promotes hate speech, violence, harassment, or discrimination against any individual or group
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploits minors in any way
• Promotes weapons, illegal drugs, gambling without proper licensing, or counterfeit goods
• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive claims (including impersonation of another person or business)
• Violates the privacy of others or unlawfully discloses personal information

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Send spam — including unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messaging in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, or similar laws
• Scrape or crawl our service in violation of our robots.txt or in a manner that overloads our systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our service
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our service except as permitted under our Responsible Disclosure Policy
• Bypass security, rate limits, or access controls (including sharing credentials)
• Resell the service or sublicense access without our prior written consent
• Use automated tools to create accounts, generate fake traffic, or manipulate analytics
• Interfere with the operation of the service, including DDoS attacks or excessive API requests
• Use the service to send transactional messages or wallet passes for content that violates this AUP

3. Commercial & Marketing Use

When using DMEBcard for outbound communication (including email signatures, QR campaigns, and lead-capture forms), you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and any other privacy or marketing regulations. You must obtain proper consent before adding contacts to any marketing list and provide an easy way to unsubscribe.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you believe a DMEBcard user is violating this policy, please report it to office@dmebcard.com with a clear description, the URL of the offending card or content, and any supporting evidence.
