Understanding your card analytics

Your analytics show how many people view your card, save your contact, and click your buttons — and where they come from.

The main numbers

On your Dashboard, the stat cards cover the last 7 days:

  • Views — times your card page was opened.
  • Leads — visitors who shared their contact details with you.
  • Saves to Contacts — visitors who downloaded your contact to their phone.
  • Button Clicks — taps on your action buttons.
  • Engagement — button clicks as a percentage of views.
  • NFC Taps — card opens from physical card taps (shown once you have any).

Green or red percentages compare this week to last week. They appear only once you have a previous week to compare against.

Detailed analytics

Open Analytics from the sidebar or Dashboard tab, then use the date picker to choose the period you want to review. The page includes:

  • total and unique visitors, contact saves, clicks, lead conversion, engagement, average session length, and bounce rate;
  • performance over time, action-button clicks, and new versus returning visitors;
  • device type, traffic source, peak hours, and top countries, regions, and cities;
  • recent visitor activity.

Notes

Your own visits from the Preview button are page loads like any other — keep that in mind when checking small numbers.
